The quality of the Bison leather on the tray, belt, duffel, dopp bag, and wallet are wonderful and they are constructed to be super durable. Our initial order was missing 1 of 5 items, a dopp kit, and they quickly sent a replacement. I would recommend an invoice be included at DC so they can check off that 5 of 5 are actually IN shipping container. Also, we loved the cloth bags that the leather items are packaged in. *Hope nobody in your DC is "lifting" items from the company. =) Thank you for the great quality and service!
